1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and k666a ("k666a", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the k666a website located at k666a.org, its mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the k666a Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of k666a after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on k666a. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. k666a may conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at registration or at any point thereafter and may request supporting documents including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be attributed to you. You must notify k666a support immediately via Live Chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

k666a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as displayed on the Cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Funds deposited into your k666a account are held solely for the purpose of facilitating gaming activity on the Platform. Deposits do not accrue interest.
• k666a reserves the right to apply standard anti-money laundering procedures to any withdrawal request, which may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the same name as the k666a account.
• k666a will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be reversed at the User's request and the funds returned to the gaming balance before the withdrawal is processed; however, reversal after processing has commenced is not guaranteed.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on k666a, whether on sports events (including PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other markets) or casino games, are subject to the specific game and product rules published on the Platform. General betting rules applicable across the Platform include:

• A bet is not valid until it has been accepted by k666a's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation, the bet shall be treated as void.
• k666a reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend bets affected by manifest errors, including obvious pricing errors or the input of incorrect data.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended or restricted at any time, including during live play.
• k666a reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet or series of bets placed by any account, without being required to provide reasons.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, latency advantages, or arbitrage opportunities in a systematic manner constitutes Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

k666a periodically offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• k666a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no monetary value outside the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k666a Platform. Any User found engaging in any of the following may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all funds may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other players, whether on the same or different accounts, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, while misrepresenting your location;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a legitimate deposit through your payment provider in bad faith;
• Allowing any other person to use your account or sharing your login credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the k666a Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of k666a or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of k666a.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k666a shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any technical error, interruption, or delay in Platform availability;

• Losses arising from gambling activity, including but not limited to betting losses, bonus forfeitures, or account closures.

• The User has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;

• Regulatory or legal obligations require suspension or closure.

Where a k666a account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method.
